Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote the Forest Essentials brand in-store.
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Provide personalized skincare and wellness consultations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Follow all store SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Assist the Store In-Charge in daily store operations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and brand updates.
- Maintain impeccable personal grooming and professionalism at all times.
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or retail, preferably in beauty or luxury segments.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
