Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all in-store operations to ensure smooth functioning and alignment with brand standards.
• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience through excellent customer service, visual merchandising, and well-maintained store displays.
• Ensure staff are well-groomed, trained, and aligned with Forest Essentials’ brand experience guidelines.
• Guide and support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining superior service standards.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, ensuring no stock discrepancies.
• Plan and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Address and resolve customer queries or complaints in a professional and brand-appropriate manner.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives and driving overall performance.
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a luxury retail brand.
Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline.
